Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Veeo (“Veeo,” “we,” or “our”) and the services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Veeo regarding your use of the Service.

By clicking “I Accept,” or by downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including Veeo’s Privacy Policy. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements or do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Arbitration Notice: You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, you and Veeo waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action or representative action.
Veeo is an AI-powered content creation platform for short-form video creators. It enables users to efficiently transform creative ideas into complete videos at scale through automated processes. Core services include video creation, editing, and one-click multi-platform publishing.
By providing creative prompts or scripts, Veeo automatically generates voiceovers, images, subtitles, music, and transitions according to your selected settings (e.g., visual style, voice style, subtitle style), producing a complete short video. You may edit the generated video and publish it with one click to connected platforms, including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Registration: Access to certain features requires account registration. You may be asked to provide personal information, including an email address. You agree that all information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Login Methods: Veeo supports registration and login using Google accounts or other personal email addresses.
General Terms: Some features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Veeo reserves the right to modify pricing and will provide advance notice of any changes.
Subscription Services: The Service operates on a subscription basis, with monthly or annual plans (“Subscription Services”). By activating a subscription, you authorize Veeo and its third-party payment processors to automatically charge all applicable fees and taxes on or before each renewal date. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Delinquent Accounts: Veeo may suspend or terminate access, including paid features, for accounts with unpaid fees. If your payment method fails at renewal, Veeo will provide a reasonable notice period (e.g., 30 days) to resolve the payment before account deletion. Following this period, Veeo may delete your account and all associated videos and information without further liability.
Ownership: All materials provided by Veeo during the video creation process—including images, music, subtitles, templates, and other elements—are licensed by Veeo for use within the Service and are royalty-free. Users retain full ownership and copyright over all final content they create using Veeo. If users upload materials not provided by Veeo, they assume all intellectual property and copyright responsibilities for such content, and Veeo bears no liability.
User Content: Certain features allow users to submit creative prompts, scripts, images, or other content (“User Input”). You retain all rights to your User Input, subject to the limited license granted below.
License to Veeo: By submitting User Input, you grant Veeo a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, modify, and use your User Input solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including training and enhancing Veeo’s AI models. This license does not affect your ownership of the content you create.
Note: This applies primarily to international users whose data may be transferred outside their country of residence.
Commercial Use License: With your consent, you grant Veeo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use videos created through the Service for marketing or promotional purposes, including showcasing on our website or advertising materials.
Third-Party Publishing: Using Veeo’s one-click multi-platform publishing authorizes Veeo to transmit content on your behalf. You represent that all shared content complies with third-party platform terms, community guidelines, and applicable copyright laws.

Note: This primarily applies to international users; U.S. users’ data is generally processed within the U.S.
General: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You and Veeo waive the right to a jury trial and participation in any class or representative action.
